Welcome to ActiveTrend. ActiveTrend is a product developed and operated by OSV Labs, the trading name of ORLOV, SERGEI (independent entrepreneur / monotributista based in Argentina). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy covers the ActiveTrend website at activetrend.app.
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal information is Sergei Orlov.
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Contact: contact@orlovs.dev
2. Information We Collect
This website does not ask you for any personal information. There are no forms, no user accounts, no login and no advertising on it.
When you visit the site, basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and operating system) is processed automatically by the providers that host and deliver it, to keep the website functioning securely. This is described in section 4.
If you write to us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use them only to reply to you.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores two values in your browser's local storage — theme and lang — which remember whether you chose the light or dark version of the site, and which language you last selected. These values stay in your browser, are never sent to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's site data. You can also instruct your browser to refuse all cookies.
4. Hosting and Third-Party Services
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) and served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which sits in front of it as a proxy. Because every request to activetrend.app passes through Cloudflare, Cloudflare receives your IP address, the time of the request and basic technical details of your browser, and keeps them in its own logs. Cloudflare also runs its own Real User Monitoring (RUM) beacon on this site, which measures page loading performance from your browser.
The website loads its typeface from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and its icons from the cdnjs service (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver those files, both providers necessarily receive your IP address and basic technical details of your browser, and may keep them in their own server logs under their own privacy policies. We do not receive those logs and have no access to them.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any profiling or cross-site tracking service on this website.
5. Links to Google Play
The download buttons on this website are plain links to the ActiveTrend page on Google Play. Nothing is sent to Google until you click one. Once you are on Google Play, Google's own privacy policy applies to what you do there, including installing the app. The Google Play badge image is served from this website, not loaded from Google.
6. Former Waitlist
Before the app was released, this website offered a waitlist form that sent the email addresses entered into it to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email service provider at the time. The form has been removed, and the waitlist, including every address on it, has been deleted from Brevo. We do not keep a copy of it. If you have any questions about this, write to contact@orlovs.dev.
7. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. (Compliant with CCPA). We only share data with the trusted third-party service providers named in this policy, who adhere to strict data protection standards.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction, or erasure of any personal data we hold about you ("Right to be Forgotten"). To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@orlovs.dev.
9. The ActiveTrend App
The ActiveTrend Android app is covered by its own App Privacy Policy. It describes what the app stores on your device, and exactly what the optional AI Insight feature sends to Google Vertex AI when you enable it.
10. Contact
Data Controller: Sergei Orlov (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Email: contact@orlovs.dev
11. Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has given us their personal data, contact us at contact@orlovs.dev and we will delete it.

Contacto: contact@orlovs.dev
5. Enlaces a Google Play
No conservamos ninguna copia.
10. Contacto
Responsable: Sergei Orlov (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Email: contact@orlovs.dev
11. Menores
